Packaging & Handling

• Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during transit.
• While we take every precaution, potter is fragile and may be subject to damage during shipping.

Liability Disclaimer:

• Once an item leaves our studio and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items.
• If your piece arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide supporting documentation or photos if needed.

Pottery Firing Disclaimer:

• Pottery is a handmade art form, and the firing process can sometimes create unpredictable results. While we take the utmost care with every piece, factors such as air bubbles, glaze reactions, and piece of pottery imperfections may affect the final outcome.

Liability Disclaimer:

• Color Me Mine is not responsible for cracks, glaze imperfections, or other firing-related issues that naturally occur in the kiln.
• These occurrences are a normal part of working with pieces of pottery and are beyond our control.

Boo-Boo Credit:

• If a piece is determined to be defective due to firing, guests may receive a “Boo-Boo Card” studio credit.
• Boo-Boo Cards are: Valid for in-store use only (cannot be redeemed for cash or online).
• Applied toward future pottery purchase or studio fees.
• Non-transferable and must be used by the original guest.
